Israeli stocks gained as the benchmark index neared a revisit of record territory set less than a week ago. The Tel Aviv Stock Exchange's benchmark TA-25 Index advanced 0.9% to 1,335.14. The previous closing record for the TA-25 was 1,335.99, set Jan. 6. The TA-100 was up 1.2% at 1,241.05. The Tel-Tech Index of top technology issues moved up 1.7% to 256.86. Shares of Ratio Oil generated the most trading activity among major issues in Tel Aviv, finishing up 5.1%. Other Israeli partners engaged in gas-drilling projects in waters off the coast of northern Israel traded mixed. Avner and Delek Drilling gained by 2.5% and 1.8%, respectively, while Isramco shares slipped 1%.
